WIP: TrigT2CaloCommon+TrigMinBias+TrigT2CaloEgamma+TrigCaloRec: Remove references to LArMCSymTool.

LArMCSymTool is obsolete, and we would like to remove it. This code is the last remaining client of LArMCSymTool, so migrate it to use the LArMCSym conditions object instead. This should save a small amount of memory/CPU by not duplicating the MCSym work.

If this works out, will probably want to do something analogous for LArCablingLegacyService.
