Cleanup egamma: remove egamma covariance matrix

Remove egamma covariance matrix from AOD output for electrons (both from new and old style configuration, plus small algo used for debug)

The matrix is just a reparametrization of the track covariance matrix plus the variance of the energy assumed uncorrelated. It is never used in reconstruction and can be computed after reconstruction (actually H->4l is computing resolution on the fly with the same tool used in reconstruction)
