Adding initial state protons to EventFiller of SuperChic Interface
Adding initial state protons to the SuperChic interface's EventFiller. This is called if you don't want to shower with Pythia. SuperChic doesn't write out the initial state protons to its LHE files, so I'm adding them in by hand.
Also updating the jobOptions files to have more current pythia options and fixing "Superchic"->"SuperChic" in the titles.
