egammaTrackSlimmer: keep all TRT-only tracks
This disables momentarily the removal of non-selected TRT-only tracks in xAODs done by the egammaTrackSlimmer, in order to keep all these tracks in the upcoming round 2 CP samples production for the benefit of further studies by Tau CP.
Further discussions should follow to establish the final thinning strategy for release 22, since it will concern both egamma and tau objects...
