Rename current bunch trains configuration to be more general
Setup separate MC16 and MC20 campaign configurations
Fix existing digi configuration tests to really be MC16
Add preliminary MC20 digi pile-up tests

All tests pass locally. Partially fixes ATLASSIM-5234.
