Updates to new config of CaloTopoCluster

Walter Lampl requested to merge wlampl/athena:CaloTopoClusterNewConfigFixes into master

As requested in ATLASRECTS-6258:

  • Add missing cluster momements
  • Change default SG key to CaloCalTopoClusters

One of the missing moments require a conditions algorithm to be calculated, therfore the return value of the method had to be change from a single tool to ComponentAccumulator containing this conditions algorithm + the tool. This in turn required adjustments of the PFlow configuration.
