Fixing not reporting ReSim events with total zero events

Mohsen Rezaei Estabragh requested to merge mrezaeie/athena:21.0-fix-ReSimEventsReport into 21.0

The bug caused that total ReSim events with zero value be treated as None. Thus, the code failed to report ReSim events with total zero value.
