Adding SUSYTools to package_filters.txt and updating references
SUSYTools (merged to master with !42937 (merged)) is not included in the package_filters.txt for AnalysisBase and AthAnalysis, so the tool is not yet available in the release. I add the relevant line in both filter lists.
The SUSYTools package includes two ctests, which have been suffering from random results due to ATLASMCP-98. That issue is addressed by !43384 (merged), so if that is merged, our ctests should be fine (and I already update the references to match in the share folder in this MR).
I'm not sure our tests will get configured automatically to run in the CI/nightly. If I should make any further changes/requests for that, it would be convenient if someone can provide instructions.
