Updates to particle flow job options
requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_updatePFlowJobOptions_May2021 into master
This updates the job options we use to rerun from ESD such that ATLASRECTS-6180 is fixed. I also added some new variations on the default configuration of particle flow and added associated tests to run them in ART daily.
