PRDtoTrackMap : Add copyrights and code fixes

PRDtoTrackMap :

  1. Add copyrights
  2. Use = default and no except
  3. Actually follow the comment IMPORTANT: Please use the typedef PrepRawDataTrackMapRange
  4. tidy up indentation
  5. Try to follow up on the TODO comment to use unordered map to speed up lookups (ATLASRECTS-6329). This one we have to see if it brings something.
