WIP: reduce the pt trheshold for the b-jet tracking

Reduces the default PT for the b-jet tracking, updates the specific b-jet nightly test with the lower threshold to test a lowder still threshold

WIP in progress only for the time being

This should change the counts for the b-jet chains, as the tracking efficiency is increased at low PT.
