Update trigger egam physics menu (ATR-23154)

First: several unused triggers are currently in the physics menu, which this MR removes. Several other stable triggers are added in their place.

Second: the secondary/backup triggers discussed in ATR-23154 are added, which serve as the baseline for a mostly complete egam trigger menu.
