Remove the MuonStraightLineExtrapolator from the MooCandidateMatchingTool

William Axel Leight requested to merge wleight/athena:ATLASRECTS-6343 into master

There is no difference between the MuonStraightLineExtrapolator and the ordinary extrapolator, so there's no reason to have both. RunTier0Tests.py confirms no differences in the results from these changes.
