MdtCalibAlg: Insert catch for invalid station names

Hi everybody,

in ATLASRECTS-6303, a general crash in the M7 milestone runs has been reported After my first proposal failed, I think now that I've the solution ready:

  • channelID in MdtIdHelpers was not protected against invalid station names --> insert protection
  • Added check to MdtCalibDbAlg that the conversion actually worked.
