Add art-memory specification in grid tests for TrigP1Test packages (ATR-22424)

Dear all,

This is a MR to add "art-memory" specification in the following executable python scripts for ART tests for smooth running of the grid ART test jobs. No impact on the other codes. The details are discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-22424.
