Remove the Run2 TrigEgammaEmulationTool

  • disconnect the old emulator from the legacy egamma monitoring;
  • remove TrigEgammaEmulationTool

the strategy will be:

  • remove the old;
  • rename the TrigEgammaEmulationToolMT -> TrigEgammaEmulationTool
  • provide dual navigation into the new emulator;
  • connect once again (if needed)

PS: I would like to keep all uncomment lines for now. Probably we will need to uncomment for future.
