Further fixes to muon physval code for weighting

This adds weights for ID hit plots, and fixes treatment of some 2d hsitos later used to plot efficiencies and purities. Should address some/all of the remaining muon issues from: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLPHYSVAL-712
