Add topo clusters aod in newJO reco

As the names says, the topo clusters are output to the ESD and AOD file. That works.

  • Also added helpers to declare objects as going to ESD and AOD (alike addFolder for conditions).
  • Updated accordingly the output declaration for tracking
  • added option to run from RDO (the job fails however)
