This MR adds code to copy AntiKt6TruthJets to the presampled pile-up RDO file and then into the Overlay output RDO file. This will increase the RDO file size.
It also reduces the time window over which the pile-up truth jets are saved from [-500,+100] ns to [-125,+75] ns. This should help reduce the RDO file size. See ATLASSIM-3837 for the background.
