Add localX of digits to NSWPRDValAlg. Still some issues with localY.

Attempt to get local position of digits for BIS78 RPCs. When the outputs of digitisation with the NSWPRDValAlg post-included (contained in NSWPRDValAlg.digi.ntuple) are plotted, the LocalY digits occupy a single bin with a mean and std of O(1e-15).
