Micromegas edge passivation in digitization and muon track reconstruction

Stylianos Angelidakis requested to merge (removed):dev_passivationMM into master
  • Restored stripLength() in MMReadoutElement to return the unpassivated strip length.
  • Implemented four functions in MMReadoutElement for boundary checks taking into account MM edge passivation (uniform for the moment).
  • Necessary modifications in digitization and track-reconstruction so that the new functions are called for boundary checks.
