Implementation of large dE/dx track trigger chains

Two trigger chains of large dE/dx track trigger (ATR-21591) are implemented in LS2_v1 menu:

  • HLT_xe80_tcpufit_unconvtrk25_dedx_medium_L1XE50
  • HLT_xe80_tcpufit_unconvtrk50_dedx_medium_L1XE50

This MR includes

  • Changes in TrigInDetTrackFitter to allow retuning Trk::Track with TrackParameters attached at TrackStateOnSurface, in addition to the standard Trk::Track without TrackParameters attached
  • Corresponding changes in TrigFastTrackFinder with another Trk::Track with TrackParameters at TSoS
  • New menu configuration for dEdx trigger and corresponding changes in menu
  • Updates in TrigEDMRun3.py
