MergeAntiKt6TruthJetsTool should write out AntiKt6TruthJets - Fixes ATLASSIM-5271

This MR fixes the CA-based configuration of MergeAntiKt6TruthJetsTool to write out AntiKt6TruthJets rather than AntiKt4TruthJets - this was causing a name-clash with the outputs of MergeAntiKt4TruthJetsTool. This should fix ATLASSIM-5271.

In addition the configuration of the TruthJetRange PileUpXingFolder in old and new style configuration is fixed - this isn't used in standard production configurations, so it is just for completeness for now.
