WIP: adding Tag and Probe MET+tau triggers to the LS2_v1 menu (ATR-23507)

@bcarlson @jburr, can you please comment about the choice of the Tag part? I have also tried with other MET triggers like:

  • HLT_xe100_trkmht_xe85_tcpufit_xe65_cell

but I got errors during menu creation due to empty steps
