Fix coordinate bug introduced by recent mapping change

The changes in merge !40265 (merged) had an inadvertent effect of changing the eFEX number input to the EDM, breaking the coordinates in the EDM object. This merge corrects that by updating the calculation of the readout eFEX number to use the new internal index.
