Restoring AnalysisJets and AnalysisMET to DAOD_PHYSLITE in master

This MR restores AnalysisJets and AnalysisMET to DAOD_PHYSLITE in master, which were dropped in the 21->master transition. The change is implemented mostly by uncommenting lines from r21, and removing some superfluous lines within those blocks. Size now increases to 18KB/event.

Note to shifters: there are still some commented lines in this file, which need to remain for now until we have decided whether they're still needed. These job options are not used by any other applications and since no-one is yet using PHYSLITE for analysis, this MR should have no impact on other areas.
