WIP: Fixes for LAr electronics calibration

This should bring some changes and new code (actually not fully new, but some which was dropped some time ago when moving to MT), which we are using in processing of LAr electronics calibration data and conditions preparations. The code is not used in standard simu/digi/reco jobs.
