Setting AMVF+priority TTVA by default in jet trigger

This MR removes the previously introduced jet trigger flag to enable AMVF vertices + priority TTVA and leaves the choice to the IDTrig config. The usage of AMVF vertices and priority TTVA has also been enabled by default in the jet slice, resulting in count differences on chains relying on tracking and JVT.
