Disappearing track trigger implemenation: Fex, Hypo, Config, Menu, chains

This MR includes all necessary software developments to run disappearing track trigger and also several new triggers, namely

  • FEX codes (and config) in TrigFastTrackFinder (FTF) : disappearing track reco is enabled when a flag is specified
  • Some changes are needed in SiTrackMakerTool_xk, SiCombinatorialTrackFinderTool_xk, SiSPSeededTrackFinderData to return 'reconstruction failed' Trk::Track when it is requested (New method is implemented such that the current method is not affected)
  • New hypo codes (and config) in TrigLongLivedParticleHypo
  • Menu codes in TriggerMenuMT (Unconventional track trigger signature) and new trigger chains in the 'LS2_v1' trigger menu
  • New EDM objects
