Strip masking for staging studies
As ITk staging scenarios are expected to reduce the robustness to detector defects, studies focusing on the impact of module masking are planned on a short timescale. The infrastructure to mask ITk pixel modules from the database exists in 21.9 and will be used but no equivalent implementation exists yet for the ITk strip modules. Consequently, dedicated postInclude are added with this MR, specifying the list of strip module identifiers to be masked. Two versions are added, corresponding to 15% of the strip modules being masked, either correlated between both strip sides or uncorrelated.
