Draft: Add mu dependence plot, extend ranges, update the dependce code

The plots of resolution vs number of vertices did not extend far enough, also wanted to add a plot vs mu.

Updated the draft standalone executable utility allowing the dependence of performance on different cuts that is currently under development.
