Initial push of emerging and trackless jet trigger chains to LS2_v1 menu, as advised by the Unconventional Tracking Trigger group. Adds an exotic trigger hypo that runs in the jet slice on jet chains with specified exotic hypo strings (Exotic or Trackless).
