Fix scheduling of TIDE1 algorithms in athenaMT.

To restore skiming functionality in athenaMT, the filter algorithm and the algorithms which are supposed to run only on accepted events need to be placed in sequences explicitly configured for sequential processing.

Should address ATLASRECTS-6194.
