Fix for ATLASRECTS-6416

William Axel Leight requested to merge wleight/athena:ATLASRECTS-6416 into master

If scatterers are very thin, iPatFitter may skip them. Currently, however, the loop over hits simply keeps going, leading to a warning about an unknown TSOS being printed. By adding a continue statement the unnecessary warning is avoided.
