TRTOccupancy is part of TrackParticle Aux v3,v4,v5. But seems we do not have a convenient method for it

TRTOccupancy is part of TrackParticle Aux v3,v4,v5 e.g is there.

But seems we do not have an enum and relevant accessor allowing to be accessed via the usual convenient methods, i.e to allowing to get the info via the summary interface methods.

We try to add this.
