make 'l2io' scheme to be default for all B-physics Dimu (bJpsi, bBmumu etc.) and Bmumux chains (ATR-21003)

• all triggers like HLT_2mu4_bJpsimumu_L12MU4, HLT_2mu4_bBmumux_BsmumuPhi_L12MU4 are based on 'l2io' approach, see discussion in ATR-21003
• legacy triggers using 'noL2Comb' algorithm should be defined as HLT_2mu4_noL2Comb_bJpsimumu_L12MU4

We would like to have a group of legacy triggers with 'noL2Comb' in LS2_v1 for validation purposes.
