update of the ID GPU demonstrator

Dmitry Emeliyanov requested to merge demelian/athena:master-indet-gpu-managed-memory-test into master

This update includes:

  1. new memory management scheme using CUDA Unified Memory Architecture
  2. no-PPS option for GPU-based track seed generator to keep it compatible with the CPU-based version no changes in unit/integration tests results are expected.
