Save only one collection after HLT R2 to R3 nav conversion
The HLT nav conversion does not need to store two collection in the output. One is enough. This MR fixes that. In addition little a more reasonable name for test script is used. Added script that converts new navigation to dot format. Added documentation in the scripts.
