SUSY Unit Test Fixes, master branch (2021.06.28.)

Made sure that the SUSY unit tests would work correctly outside of (the) CERN (firewall) as well. For this I made the data test read the EOS input file through XRootD, and made sure that file names under build/<platform> would be ignored in the log file comparison. (To make the recommended directory layout for partial builds work correctly with the tests.)
