Cleaning up egam LS2 menu

Chris Meyer requested to merge cjmeyer/athena:egam-ls2-update into master

This removes the debug triggers initially added to the LS2 menu. The next round of cleanup will add in a targeted subset of debug triggers after a MR that allows triggers without a pid at the precision step.

This is a second attempt of !44743 (closed), which got messy when addressing a merge conflict.
