Adding EventInfo to slimming list in DAOD_PHYSVAL

This merge request corrects an oversight where EventInfo was not added to the AllVariables list in DAOD_PHYSVAL, as it now needs to be given that EventInfo is handled by the usual slimming machinery since !44456 (merged) Without this MR, EventInfo will be completely absent from PHYSVAL.
