Externals Update, all projects to 2.0.111

Dan Guest requested to merge dguest/athena:update-externals-to-2.0.111 into master

Switch all projects to use atlasexternals-2.0.111. This should be two very minor changes (atlasexternals@2.0.110...2.0.111)

  • Fixed a bug in the handling of <FOO>_BINARY_PATH in lcg_external_module(...)
  • Updated lwtnn to version 2.12.1. This is a very minor update to fix ATLASRECTS-6461.

I won't run full-build unless someone thinks it's needed, maybe @akraszna can comment as to whether CMake should be smart enough to rebuild the packages that need it.
