LArCondTPCnv, persToTrans: Copy groupingType before initializing the LArConditionsSubset

Follow up to !44291 (merged), adapting the LArCondTPCnv for SuperCells. The groupingType is now used inside the LArConditionsSubset::initialize method, therefore the groupingType must be set before the call to initialize.
