Adjusted / removed isolation histograms in egamma ART

Frued Erik Braren requested to merge frbraren/athena:21.0-egamma-art-adjust-isolation-histograms into 21.0

Removed superfluous isolation histograms; adjusted ranges of remaining isolation histograms; added overflow to last bin in these histograms. Related to !44959 (merged) (MR for master; subsequent sweep to 21.0 failed). @dboerner @jdevivi @christos
