WIP: Fix the histogram binning for the trt plots vs eta, add some additional functionality

Add funcionality to allow the plotting of 2D plots, plus add some other comparitor options.

In addition, the indentation in the comparitor was a bit messed up. Ordinarily I would be against fixing bad indentation, since it might lead to unecessarily large changesets. However, in this case, emacs was't reporting the closing delimiters properly, and it was getting even more difficult to navigate around so I thought it might have been abot time.

Code should probably be rewritten anyhow.
