r22 JetTagging: Minor_fixes

Minor fixes for b-tagging DQ plots (athena MT for Run 2 reprocessing and Run 3):

-changed DL1r range to -6/14

-changed binning of eta and phi distribution plots

-fixed title of tracks from jet selection plots

-moved filling of tracks from jet selection plots after all jet selection steps

-removed 1 plot from WebDisplay
