Fix for egamma trigger monitoring (+ track isolation small modification)

This MR is to try to fix the issue described here https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-23710. The fix has been tested on master,2021-07-14T2101. A further cleaning might be done, given only ptcone20 (for electron) and topoetcone20 (for photon) are eventually used for the trigger decisions, so only these two variables could be monitored.

The track isolation has been modified and this MR will also change the trigger counts
