Small fix in Powheg bb4l decay mode setting

Jan Kretzschmar requested to merge jkretz/athena:Powhegbb4l_update2 into 21.6

As pointed out in the review for sweep to master, there was a potential for the code to crash in case of invalid input. I added the missing import statement
