Remove CaloTowerGeometrySvc, replaced by CaloTowerGeometryCondAlg

Since !45173 (merged) is merged, the CaloTowerGeomtrySvc is replaced by CaloDetDescr/CaloTowerGeometryCondAlgo. Deleting CaloTowerGeomtrySvc and CaloTopoClusterFromTowerMonitor.
