CSC webdisplay: fix Undefined folder

Since the paths have changed from MuonSegments to TrackMuonSegments (follow-up for MRs !39319 (merged), !43978 (merged), !45215 (merged)), this change needs to be propagated to the config files used to produce the webdisplays. The problem can be shown on the webdisplays produced for the release validations the last few months (an example is shown here)
This MR solves this problem and the result is shown on a test webdisplay here
